2. RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
For goods purchased online we offer a seven day cancellation guarantee. If you wish to cancel your order you must inform us within seven days from the date of purchase, whereupon you can return the goods to the shop provided they are undamaged and in the same packaging in which they were originally delivered to you. Alternatively we can have the goods collected at a cost of £30. Our cancellation policy does not apply to any ‘special size’ orders. What is deemed ‘special size’ is anything other than the standard 3′, 4′, 4’6, 5′ and 6′ UK standard sizes.
For purchases made in store, if the items are cancelled within 24 hours of purchase the full value of the order will be credited back to you.
If an order is cancelled after the initial 24 hour period there will be a charge of 20% of the value of the order.
Once goods have been delivered or collected we do not offer a refund or replacement if you have changed your mind.
For all returns, the goods must be in perfect condition (i.e. same as they were delivered to you).
Also, all items must be unopened in their original packaging and sealed by the manufacturer.
If you require collection of the goods you are returning there will be a charge of £30.
Please notify us in writing within 7 days if you require an uplift of goods.
It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure there is sufficient access for goods to be delivered into their home
We offer no compensation for wrong parts or missing parts from the manufacturer, but we will endeavour to solve the problem as quick as possible.
If you order the wrong size item and need to change it, there will be a delivery charge of £30 minimum depending on location.

Where any dimensions are given, they are estimated and within the tolerance of manufacturing. If the size of a product is crucial, in terms of it fitting into a bedroom or for access at point of delivery, you should call or email the shop for clarification.
